The sale is inside the commercial building at the Fairgrounds and will go on Rain or Shine
Table rental $20 (tables provided) NON-REFUNDABLE
BCHET members receive a 20% discount on table rental ($16)
*Vendors must reserve table space NO LATER THAN Saturday, March 21, 2020 to ensure availability
*Table rental fee MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE

*Set-up for the sale begins Friday, November 6, 2020 at 12 noon and ends at 8PM. We can be somewhat flexible with these times so let us know if this doesn’t work for you.
If you need to set up on Saturday morning, we will be at the venue at 6AM
Any horse/rider/pet related items are welcome including tack, trailers, décor items, clothing, footwear, books, etc.
*Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their space and folding the table(s) provided before leaving. Trash may be left in bags at your area and will be collected and taken to the dumpster by staff. Vendors are responsible for removing all unsold items.
 
There is plenty of parking and near-by restrooms
We will have a concession area set up with tables for eating
We will be selling breakfast from 8am until it’s gone, barbecue with all the fixings from 11am until it’s gone and drinks and baked goods all day.
 
*There will be raffles every ½ hour beginning at 9am until all the prizes are gone. You do not have to be present to win. We will be raffling off items donated by area businesses and individuals.
 
Back Country Horsemen of East Tennessee merchandise will be available for sale
